If you run your own business...or want to start one, you need a plan for success. It begins with understanding and getting to know your customers and where to find them.
Ask yourself...
- Who are my customers?
- If you are considering starting a business, ask "who would enjoy use of my products or services?"
- Are my customers local or would people around the world enjoy my products?
